6days a weeks instead of 3-4
So my husband and I have decided to try and go to the gym 6 days a week compared to our usual 3-4 times a week. I’m excited about going more just worried I’ll get burnt out

Over cal goal
I went over my calorie goal today and I’m a bit mad at myself. I’m doing an early morning gym session tomorrow so hopefully that makes me feel better! Y’all this is seriously a lifestyle change, and it’s hard! But I am determined to succeed this time!
