Help Wanted!
I am back on here again. I was down to 130 lbs but now I have gained 25 lbs back. I started out at 160. I lost the weight in not a really good way. I have lost 5 lbs so far, in the last 5 months, but I can't get below 150. I need help with accountability and to keep me on track. I try to walk every morning before work, but…
