Help Wanted!

I am back on here again. I was down to 130 lbs but now I have gained 25 lbs back. I started out at 160. I lost the weight in not a really good way. I have lost 5 lbs so far, in the last 5 months, but I can't get below 150. I need help with accountability and to keep me on track. I try to walk every morning before work, but I cant seem to get out of bed in time to go to the YMCA. I only work 4 days a week. Please Help.

I screwed up too. Now I gotta re-lose 20 lb and all my clothes pinch. X( Try workout videos on Youtube that you can do any time of day that is convenient. Personally I like yoga but there are all types.1
