I'm searching for a comprehensive list/spreadsheet/chart of foods and the number of calories/carbs/fat/protein/fiber/serving size for each. I would like to be able to either download it into excel or google sheets or copy/paste so I can sort the columns. Has anyone created a list like this or know where I can find one…
Ideally, I’d love to find an app that allows me to plug in all of my blood work results every 6 months but if that doesn’t exist, a cholesterol tracking app would be great. I can always use Excel spreadsheets but an app (with graphs) would be awesome. Any suggestions?
