I need help! I’m naturally in good shape but have let myself go. I can’t stay motivated to work out and eat healthy I’m in college and I just don’t know how. It’s so hard to stay consistent with a hectic schedule but I want it so bad! Someone help need advice
How do I lose belly fat the best? Specifically lower belly fat the mid/ upper section of my stomach is more cut and less fatty but the lower part is more than I would like it to be. Help!!
