Hi everyone, I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong or what. I add in all my calories consumed. My walking is recorded by HealthKit but any other exercise I have to enter manually. I don’t have this ‘calorie adjustment’ thing either. I know I burn more calories than what is recorded on MFP how do I fix this before I go…
