Hi everyone,
I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong or what. I add in all my calories consumed. My walking is recorded by HealthKit but any other exercise I have to enter manually.
I don’t have this ‘calorie adjustment’ thing either. I know I burn more calories than what is recorded on MFP how do I fix this before I go bonkers!

Which exercises are you doing from the apple watch? There are a few like HIIT that MFP hasnt added to their database so they are not automaically recorded from health kit -> MFP

    Heathkit? Oh, Healthkit!

Just a senior moment. Almost thought that activity calculators were going really retro.

Anyone older than 50-60 should remember Heathkit which is where prople got their electronics fix b4 Radio Shack.

Heathkit went out of business in the 90's and RS went out of business a few yrs, ago but I just discovered that Heathkit has been trying to make a come back in the past decade and is still selling kits online.

So, the notion of a Heathkit fitness tracker may not be that far fetched. ;)
