Is the Fitbit Worth It?
I use the fitbit flex (the old one) and the way it counts calories seems pretty weird. It's 9am currently and throught my sleep to now ive lost 660 calories. That seems like way to much even if you lose calories by doing nothing. Are tracking the fitbits calories you burn throught the day worth it?

Hello! I'm planning on getting slimmer and I've been told to eat more protien and less carbs. The issue is, I'm a picky eater. I'm looking for foods that are super high in protien and low in everything else - my go to has been chicken for months. Any suggestions?

Best exercises for erasing belly fat?
I know that you can't target one single place in your body, but are there any good exercises to encourage weight loss and help with belly fat? I've been a bit jiggly for most of my life and I want to change that (I currently do cardio but I'm not sure if thats enough)...
