Interconnected Apps
I use MyFitnessPal for logging food, a Withings Move to track steps and sleep, and Zero Fasting to keep track of my fasts. Just seeing what other apps and/or combinations people find helpful. What are their pros and cons? Are some easier than others? Want to talk about it?

Hi. I was 312 lbs. at my heaviest. That was 2017. I worked very hard to get to 271 before I found My Fitness Pal. I'm also using Withings scale & BP cuff and Google Fit. Please wish me luck on this journey. I don't want to die an early death.

Include water or add it separately?
This is an open question to anyone who knows whether or not when I have an 8 oz cup of coffee if I should just add it as coffee or consider the coffee separate from the water and add the water as well. This might seem obvious to some, but I'm SO new to this that it's not so obvious to me. Thanks in advance for helping,…
