That losing weight can lose you friends. So many of those people who see you succeeding at shedding the fat and ask "How are you doing it?", and then say they've got to do that too, don't actually want to do it. So then they shy away from you because they're embarrassed. I even had someone with whom I've been acquaintedβ¦

Fasting today. Not really to make up for anything, I just like I.F. It's easier for me now that I'm 3rd shift.

I really like the variety of fasts that Zero offers, up to and including customizing my fasts.

I'd rather have my body used toβ¦

The first one encouraged me to lose weight by overloading me with pamphlets, brochures, Xerox'ed pages out of medical books, even gave me a low calorie recipe cook book. It gathered dust 'til I gave it to the Goodwill store. The secondβ¦

Also, it was the refrigerator's fault.

Good morning soldierhealer21. I work 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. I've found a plan that works, for me anyway. My wife and I had a son who would tell me "There's only ONE BEST WAY to lose weight and get healthy, and it's different for every body." My body seems to react well to intermittent fasting. There are several ways to go aboutβ¦

I know this is already February of 2020, but I actually restarted 4 or 5 months ago after being "off the wagon" since 2018. Would I qualify for your group? I need to be accountable for my actions AND inactions to like minded folk.
