Asking for a friend cause I do black coffee but.... can one do whole milk with IF to curb hunger? Or should it just be black. (16:8 IF)
I know it’s a silly question ..... maybe! But I do orangetheory and burn about 600+ calories. Do I eat those calories or stick with my original 1200 calorie goal. Thanks in advance
Hey All!!! I’m 11lbs down and I’m looking to lose another 11. I’ve been stuck at the same weight for a week and half I have been under my calorie goal at times by 50 cals and exercising (HIT) any suggestions?? Help???? Thanks in advance
