Are my macros healthy
Hey guys so recently I changed my macros because I’m trying to put on a bit more muscles I’m 5 foot five 124 pounds and I’m 29 years of age. So my macros are currently like this I am at 126 g of protein, 247 g of carbs, 50 g of fat. Unlike days I up my protein intake to 155 g but I never exceed my carbs.My question is is…
