I need people to help me stay focused
I’m ready to get serious... again But none of my family or friends are wanting to work on themselves like me. So I was hoping some of y’all could help me stay more committed, because it seems to be so much easier when you aren’t alone with the struggles.

How long did it take you?
To hit that goal weight. For example, If you wanted to lose 50lbs by losing half a pound a week would it take you a little over 2 years? Was it quicker or slower than MFP predictions?

Drop your pictures
I have learned that regardless if you think you look horrible...there are other people that see you and your weight currently as a goal. Drop your current picture and be someone’s inspiration.

How did you pick your goal weight?
Was it just a number you wanted to always be? A BMI calculation? Or do you have several milestones you want to hit and a big goal overall? I want to see if other people have a better way than picking a number just because it sounds good . I started at 250 in June last year right before I gave birth. Now I’m weighing in…

No big drop
I’ve been tracking about a week and a half since a long break. Usually when I start this I drop like 10 pounds the first two weeks because I’m considered obese. I’m 216pounds, a Female, exclusively breastfeeding my 7 month old, so my calorie goal is 1900 for a pound a week. This time I’ve only lost about a pound and a half…

Breastfeeding and setting a goal.
I’ve read online to account for breastfeeding by adding 200-500 calories to your diet a day. So should I put it on a pound a week, and add to that amount of calories(1630cal+bf cal), or should I put it on an half pound a week (1930cal+Bf cal) and add calories to that number? I’m also not sure what amount I should add…
