My overnight oats are bad
I love oatmeal, and eat it all the time, but I cook it. I've tried following overnight oatmeal recipes multiple times now and everyday they just taste bland and have the consistency of just raw wet oats. Is that what its supposed to be? Should I not expect the same consistency as warm oatmeal?

So my goal is to lose weight. I'm keeping a calorie deficit on a daily basis. And I work out for 30 minutes a day. However, I am not meeting my macro goals.
