Why is “sex” listed as an activity for burning calories?
I weighed 423 2 weeks ago. I have not been perfect in my choices but I am tracking calories daily. However I have a scale that only goes to 400. Should I invest in a new scale or should I just wait till I get on the scale and it works because I eventually get below 400?
Hi everyone! I have made it to day 10 of logging. I have not made a full out binge. I did not make the beat food choices however I am not eating to a point where I hurt! Talking to others has really helped me stay on track.
Any specific activity you would suggest to being sedentary and needing to incorporate activity in my day some.
