Tracking output: by exercise kcal burn or by a TDEE total each day?
Hi MFPers Just a thought - do you track your fitness by tallying individual caloric burn on each exercise or simply rack up the TDEE as recorded by your fitness tracker every 24hr period? I ask because my method of losing fat isn't 'food goal' orientated as the MFP user interface seems to be, but rather preferring to work…
