Hi all! How close do you all generally hit your macros? I'm really struggling with it ...getting my calories is no problem but I am always under/over macros (under.protien but over fat and carb some days) any other people out there doing IIFYM? I'd love to hear your experiences and any advice.
Hi all, New here and just started IIFYM. Today I cooked a big portion of frozen potato wedges and then weighed out 85g after they were cooked. Then I weighed the same 85g but frozen product and of course you get less this way. What is the right way to do this?! Very confusing. Definitely went over my macros if I should…
