I eat a bit of everything....it keeps.me sane!!! I knew today was going to be a stressful day so I budgeted 10 chicken mcnuggets, 1 bbq sauce and a sugar free vanilla iced coffee at the end of my day ...didn't go over any macros and it tasted glorious. I just started doing IIFYM (If it fits your macros) I love it so far! I've tried Keto too and it was too restrictive. I hated every moment and gained back what i lost. With IIFYM I can eat whatever I want as long as I hit my macros. You are forced to eat mostly whole foods that keep you full but I leave room for treats…
