Hi all,
New here and just started IIFYM.
Today I cooked a big portion of frozen potato wedges and then weighed out 85g after they were cooked. Then I weighed the same 85g but frozen product and of course you get less this way. What is the right way to do this?! Very confusing. Definitely went over my macros if I should weigh from frozen 😂 Thanks for your help!

For frozen food, unless the package specifically says cooked or prepared near its serving size wieght, then you wiegh frozen. Same for uncooked meat. Weigh uncooked.2
