Hello I'm new struggling to lose weight. Someone I know suggested I try this app I tried eating 1300 calories a day for a week.. Didn't lose nothing. This app says I should eat 1800 calories a day. Not sure adding 500 more calories will work.. Feeling very frustrated 😊
