Hello I'm new struggling to lose weight. Someone I know suggested I try this app
I tried eating 1300 calories a day for a week.. Didn't lose nothing. This app says I should eat 1800 calories a day. Not sure adding 500 more calories will work.. Feeling very frustrated 😊

Sorry to hear. I like to think that a calorie isn't a calorie. It all depends on what you eat. But also our individual biology plays a huge part. The only diet that worked for me was keto. YMMV. What different types of diets have you tried? Look at what you eat and how much you burn. I use this app as well as Google fit and Samsung health. Depending on what food you intake if you still aren't loosing weight that means that those foods are making you keep the weight on in one way or another. Also a week isn't really long enough to see results. I have been keto for about four years now. I only realised that I had lost a lot of weight about a month ago. When I started I weighed 280 now I have hit the 209 mark. My gut is almost gone and now I am working out extra hard and adding weight lifting to my life. I have worked out at least a little bit everyday for over 30 days now. I feel better than ever. Also it never hurts to talk to a Dr. And have some blood work done to see if you have deficiencies in your vitamins and minerals. If you would like you can add me anytime.1
