Right people i’ve been out of training sins lockdown 🤷♂️. I was 75kg and I was meant to be fighting March 28th but for obvious reasons it was cancelled. Now I’m 84kg and feeling like hell. I need help to get back into the mind set! My Journey starts again here 🤟🙄🤟
My body fat is around the 15-20% I’m 32 6.1 and weight is 76.5kg can anyone help me out with what I need to put my calorie intake to to build lean muscle and that my intake should be protein fat carbs ????
