Excess fat on side
I go to gym every day (weights and run). Every run is usually 1-1.5m miles. In my non gym days at home I do Side planks (1 min 3 times) Plank position (1 min 3 times) Half sits crunches (30 reps 3 times) Push ups 15 reps 3 times) My side view doesnt look too bad but i still have extra weight on sides and I am wondering how…
