Gym routine question

Last couple visits to gym i noticed that i wasnt able to complete certain sets (not all). Last week i was able to do x reps and this week i wasnt able to reach x reps. Has anyone else experience this?

    Yes, some days you will feel weaker and others stronger.
    If it's happening often, look in to your diet, sleep, or if your body needs a bit of a rest from working out.

    From personal experience..., diet, calorie intake, rest days and sleep affect my strength and motivation in the gym.
