Will I really lose weight eating my exercise calories? I’m a former WW who lost 115 lbs not eating my exercise “points.” I have 15 lbs to lose along with wanting to get fit... not skinny. I am working out 6-7 days a week (cardio and weights). Just wanting to make good choices and be healthy.
I am new to working out in the morning... and doing weights. Is it best to eat breakfast before or afterwards? I usually have a shake but I was listening to a podcast that talked about fasting before a workout. What should I be doing?
