I haven’t had pop in nearly 8 years. I heard about this soda and decided to try It. I absolutely love It. I was just curious on others opinions of this drink, and if it’s good for diets.
I’ve been counting my calories for about 2 weeks now, and I have lost (some) weight. I haven’t seen a change in my body, though. I was just wondering who else counts their calories, and some motivation to keep me going. Also, any good low calorie recipes because I’m stuck.
