Sometimes is so hard trying to get in calories lol Like after having a heavy breakfast I don’t feel like eating anything for a long time. I might occasionally nibble on some fruits and even then I still have 400 cals to spare :/

Cheat day
I’ve never really had a cheat day before? Kinda where you just pig out on anything that your heart desires. I just wanted to know how many cals do y’all usually stick to when you have a cheat day. Like what are the max calories you’ve consumed?

Feels good to be healthy
Decided to start leading a healthy lifestyle. It’s especially hard since I’m in college and when I used to live in the dorms the food on campus used to be high in calories and fats. Now that I live off campus I feel like it’s easier to live more of a healthy lifestyle by cooking healthy meals and track my progress! :)
