Idk why wheat spaghetti gets such a bad rep! It really isn’t that bad!

    I suppose people don’t look at it as a “pasta”bility for a decent meal ....

    Because carbs are the current demon of the day. There's nothing wrong with pasta.

    I personally notice a difference in the consistency, and I never found the nutrient profile to be significantly different from regular pasta to warrant the switch.

    Before I started keto I was eating enough pasta for 5 people almost every day, like a trough. It was cheap and easy and didn't go bad. I have two problems with it:
    -too many calories to be worth it for me
    -doesn't trigger my brain to signal I am full

    If you have self control and burn a lot of calories, I don't see why you wouldn't eat it if it fits your macros. I have never seen pasta as bad, I am the one gorging on it. It didn't ask to be abused and used as a crutch.
