I recently changed some habits regarding my mental health and that resulted in me gaining ~15 pounds. I am at a healthy BMI and all but it is just something that is difficult for anyone at any size. Does anybody have any advice or anecdotes about having confidence with weight gain?

Ok I figured it out, so I’ll put my question here: I have a question and I don’t know where to put it. If I play a sport for 10+ hours a week, should I be stretching? And if so, when/how?
