I'm looking better and feeling better but the numbers are not showing all my hard work and its driving me nuts. I started to mix things up a bit doing even lower carbs. I've been on here for almost 2 months and I love this app. Getting a little frustrated tho been so good with my diet and working out every day and twice a day at least 3 times a week. I've been thing of trying IF been hearing lots of good things about it and of course not good things. Has anyone tried it?
