I know it's going to be hard. But that will have me down to normal BMI to attend a wedding. And I really want to be Normal BMI by then. Will work hard. Will track every day. Will go running, biking and do my time at the gym. Will reach my goal weight.
And summer might be over, but I really want to wear them next year. So this is my accountability thread.
Yeah, no. But it's a snazzy title. I weighed myself last night after dinner when I made the account, then again this morning before my breakfast and after my...um morning...you know what. Will start weighing in at the same time to avoid this in the future.
