Start using other measurements, inches across waist, hips, thigh etc. See if there's a difference there.

The sugar one wasn't the worst. It kind of used real science as basis, but it's obvious they didn't understand it. It's the posts telling you about set point, and how counting calories doesn't work for everyone, starvation mode, and how drinking apple cider vinegar helps in weight loss that infuriates me.

Every day, morning night or both. Use a trending app as well, and seeing the difference between morning and night, and the way the trend is still down helps.

Eating 1200 on weekdays so I can up to 1500 on the weekend and still lose weight. I think. It haven't been that long.

If you don't want to weigh yourself, can you use other measurements? Like inches in waist, hip, thigh? MFP have an option to register that as well. @Lillymoo01 is right that you should use a food scale.

Are you logging everything you eat? Do you use a food scale? Can you open your diary so we can see what you eat?

Is it sustainable for you? Meaning, will you continue eating like this when you've lost the weight? Ultimately IF is just another way to eat less or the same amount of calories as you use.
