First Weekend summary: Not bad, actually. It helped that I was working. The stumbling block was the birthday party on sunday, but all in all it didn't trip me up too bad. The scale is still at 66 kg, 145 lbs. But I'm not worried.

If you go dairy free, please either supplement with B12 or eat fortified foods.

I have this all or nothing mentality. If I eat a bit to much and go over, I say *kitten* it and just eat everything.

A high protein yoghurt with berries/fruit/seeds/whatever. Over night oats with whatever you want in it.

@sardelsa I did buy two cheap and lose shorts, because it's been hot as the devils but-crack this summer. And if I'm being honest, these would have been way to warm this summer. But it's the principle of the thing.

I'm going to a birthday party tomorrow. Going to eat a small meal, about 400 cal, before, and then just add 2000 calories for the day, call it a cheat meal and just eat a "reasonable" amount of food.

@smolmaus It's not a bad dress on the hanger. But the colour does nothing for me, and the shape, like all A-shape dresses, is actively making me look bad, double so with the extra fat in my stomach and, as mfp says it, kitten.

DAY 4 and no, daily updates will not be a thing. So I was going to take some photos of me in the dress, and couldn't make it work since I don't have a full length mirror. So to show how much my backside have grown, I present these pictures instead.

DAY 3: I didn't weigh myself this morning. After work I clocked in at 67,3 so a good 0,5 kg more then yesterday. I'm not crying into my porridge. Make your own freezies! You can get bags for it, and can just make a smoothie base and freeze it, using either just fruit, or berries, or whatever you want.

@bikecheryl The water weight is draining away? Down 6 lbs. Eating around 1400 cal, drinking just one can of red bull a day, and it's a small one. I'm working way to much to exercise, but bike too (2 km) and from (13 km) work. Crossing my fingers that my bum will look nice, if nothing else.
