Left MFP and coming back to it!
I left MFP approx. a year ago and within that time frame I tried not tracking food at all, WW, and Noom. I am 10 lbs heavier than I was this time last year. How do you track food that’s untrackable?
I decided to have some mexican food from a local mom and pop shop and I want to track it. How do you track food that doesn’t provide a nutrition label? And if you estimate it, how do you know you’re factoring it in correctly so that you stay within your caloric needs?

Is it considered healthy, a cheat or what?
If my meals consists of foods deemed unhealthy, like fried food or fast food, but I still stay within my calories, is this still considered a cheat?
