Hello. I would like to know others reasons for losing weight. I want to find my true reason for wanting to lose and I need ideas. So what's your reason?
I want to lean out some. I'm 37 years old lady. I work in an office mon to Friday. I walk 25min at lunch time in work days. I walk for 30min mon wed and fri I lift weights that are heavy for me but can do 12 reps. Sessions are 30min with rest included tues and thurs. Weekends are free exercise! Swim, bike rollerblade, cc…
Do fitbits seriously not count roller blading as steps? I skated for 35min and it only counted 3000 steps....is that right do u think?
I suck at figuring out cals in stir fry! Can you guesstimate? 3 slices of thin beef chopped up. Like a cup of slivers. Broccoli crown 6 stocks celery Small onion 1 red pepper 6 mushrooms 1.5tbsp olive oil I had about a cup of finished product. I reckon 200 cals total. What do you think?
