Will CrossFit cause bulky muscles? And can I prevent this?
I started doing CrossFit recently. I like it fine,but a girl in my class is very bulky - I knew her from before and she was much leaner. I don't want big muscles. I just really need to lose fat. Is bulk a natural side effect of CrossFit or does it depend on genetics etc. Can I prevent bulking either way? Help a newb.

I have a cold. Can I do non-cardio type exercise?

Low cal but filling breakfast ideas. Saving up for lunch binge

Feeling jittery and weak

Recovering from a very high cal day
If I ate almost triple my allowed calories in one day 🙈 do I make up for it by decreasing my daily allowance or do I write it off and just carry on? Fasting tomorrow is also an option. As it stands I am only allowed 1200calories a day so I don't know if cutting it down even more is a viable option .

Exercise for weight loss, joint issues
Every time i start exercising i injure myself, i guess due to excess weight on my joints. I thought of trying tabata yoga as yoga makes me feel great but doesnt really help with calorie burn or toning, but reviews suggest you should be fit before doing it. Suggestions?
