Hi! Do you use MFP calorie goal or elsewhere
After watching a few YouTube videos I’m unsure if I should go with the cals per day that the app gives me or if I should input my own based on another calculator… I have 5 stone to lose so want to get the numbers right to begin with, thanks!

Keep forgetting to track 😩
How can I get into the habit, quicker… is there any trick to tracking every single thing? I can meal plan and add in but update changes? I just can’t seem to find my way with tracking food… I’m new (though I’ve had the app for years!!) my intention is new, any help greatly appreciated

Hi, I’m a 42yr old who just keeps gaining weight… I’d love some friends on here to keep me on the app and tracking. I can’t do it on my own. I’ve been overweight for 15ish years, with an upcoming wedding.. 2 small kids and my health to consider I really want to take control and succeed at this, thank you

Hi - Been putting off signing up, denial about how dreadful I have been treating my body. Here I am - way heavier than I thought! Eek.... making a start from now on in, I can’t wait to see the scales move in the right direction & hopefully make some new friends along the way
