I am new to this community. I am 65 years young. I refuse to be a little (weak) old lady. I eat a paleo diet ( recommended by physician due to Lupus). I started cycling in May and love it. I would like to train with a century ride as a goal in my future. I need friends and accountability. Feel free to add me.
