What causes discomfort in my groin area when doing leg circles or prettty much any exercise that has my legs in a suspended motion?
When I’m doing my chest fly exercise on my home gym, I tend to get a sharp pain in my collarbone I don’t THINK im using too much weight, I notice it after 4 or 5 reps Is there such a thing as “stretching out” your collarbone before exercise? Any help would be greatly appreciated
