When I’m doing my chest fly exercise on my home gym, I tend to get a sharp pain in my collarbone
I don’t THINK im using too much weight, I notice it after 4 or 5 reps
Is there such a thing as “stretching out” your collarbone before exercise?
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Any sharp pain is a red flag to me. I wonder if it may have to do with "form". I would stop doing it until you get it figured out. Of course, I am not an expert. Wishing you well.

No idea without seeing you perform the exercise. I would say that if it hurts then stop doing it. I had to abandom weighted dips for a similar reason. Keep pushing yourself and you could find yourself in snap city

    Agreed.

Doing anything that is causing pain should be stopped until you can figure out what is causing it.

You should be able to do flys w/o any pain whatsoever. So, the question is whether you are doing something "wrong" to cause the pain or whether there is an underlying medical or physiological reason for it and, after you have figured out what the cause of the problem is, if and how it can be fixed.
