Help—I need to lose
I’ve been using the app for awhile. I’ve been biking (stationary) average 3-4 days a week 30 min. I lost 10 and gained back 5. I’ve increased my water intake. I feel like I need RULES! I know I shouldn’t “diet” but the freedom is too much for me to handle—anyone have any insight? Btw, I’m late 30’s female—post hysterectomy…
