What's a realistic weight loss I should aim for this time?
I'm 23 F; 5'4" HW:150; LW: 110, CW 148; GW = 115. Last year I lost 30lbs in 3 months with restriction and a lot of exercise... Things happened and I regained the weight and more. Trying to do it more sustainably this time. What's realistic for someone with my stats?

I need friends. I hate how slow losing weight is.. I hate how emotional I get over a dumb number on the scale but I need to lose 30 lbs :( My goal is to log for the next 30 days. Add me please!

Starting over
I lost about 30lbs last time through MFP and gained back and more. I want to try and lose it again but I’m just depressed from regaining. I’m a failure. Help 😞
