New and Over 60 years old, need Keto buddies
Hi...I am new to Keto. I started at 163lbs, and have lost 2 lbs in a week. My goal is to get to 125lbs and I am 5’6” tall. Trying to figure out the right amount of carbs, protein and fats needed.
