So lost more and evaluated what I did. I need to get over the fear of gaining it back and eat some of the calories I exercise off. So that's the goal this week. Due to PCOS they can't be carbs so healthy fat and lean meet here I come.
I am a WW member who has struggled so added MyFitnessPal to the mix and yeah I finally got to my desired goal weight. I'm so thrilled it was worth all it took to get here. Now I just have to keep on keeping on to stay here. I know from experience how easy it is to gain it all back.
