Birthday
Being mindful that others don’t push me to take a “diet break” on my birthday. I can enjoy my time with others and not overeat too. People are important not the food. Changing my mindset is going to take time. But I like the feeling better already.

First Day
Trying to learn how to use this. Praying that I will be faithful to this program.

New Beginnings
My body has limitations with recent surgery. I now have to think differently about what I eat. It is difficult for me but my vision of a healthy body is motivating me to push forward.
