Exercises/work outs?
I am in need of exercises and can do at random througout the day. Wether I'm at home, work, or just out an about. I've started doing squats and I've been tightening my tummy muscles whenever I think about it. Any other ideas I could be doing to to help me push myself further?

Hello! As it says I'm new here and just started to really take an interest in bettering myself and becomeing a much more healthy me. Last time I was weighed I was at 300.01 pounds and I'm looking for good exercises, healthy eating tips, and just some friends for along the way. I need the support!
