No but I'll look into YouTube! Never thought of that. I'll have to look into some toning ones too! I really do need to start drinking more water as well.

Exercising is just as important as eating healthier and making better choices. I may be able to lose some weight by eating better but that's not going to tone the lose skin Im going to get. I need to get into a good exercise routine as well as healthier eating habits.
