Exercises/work outs?

I am in need of exercises and can do at random througout the day. Wether I'm at home, work, or just out an about. I've started doing squats and I've been tightening my tummy muscles whenever I think about it. Any other ideas I could be doing to to help me push myself further?

Push yourself further than what? What are your goals?

Have you checked work out videos on YouTube? You can try out some ideas from there.
I do Leslie’s walking workouts and I enjoy them.
There are also some running apps etc.

Also don’t forget drinking enough water :)

Not sure what that has to do with exercise though?

Weight loss is 100% calorie deficit. Hit your fat and protein minimums, and eat some fruit & veg and you can't go much wrong.

Exercising is just as important as eating healthier and making better choices. I may be able to lose some weight by eating better but that's not going to tone the lose skin Im going to get. I need to get into a good exercise routine as well as healthier eating habits.

No but I'll look into YouTube! Never thought of that. I'll have to look into some toning ones too! I really do need to start drinking more water as well.

Yes exercise is very important for health, I'm not denying that, you just seem a little muddled in your posts as the title of this thread is exercise yet when asked what your goals are you're talking about weight loss and nutrition.

Unfortunately you can't tone lose skin. It may regain elasticity (which can take up to 2 years) or it may not.

You can't exercise or tone skin.
Drinking more water doesn't make you lose weight, unless you are showing signs of dehydration or low hydration it's unlikely to have any benefit.

You can exercise your heart, longs and muscles though and it's very important for long term health and body composition - but unless you are prepared to put hours and hours of exercise in it's a minor player in weight loss.
And if you use this site as designed it's completely neutral.

A blend of cardio and strength/resistance training is probably ideal but without knowing what you enjoy and what your fitness goals and current fitness level are it's hard to be specific.

Building activity into your daily routine is a great idea, always use the stairs, walk for local journeys, stand don't sit, go and talk to people rather than email, include exercise in your commute, etc. etc.
