I’m a operator so I sit down 10-14 hours a day and I want to run marathons and get in better shape but I also dislike cardio but not to the point that I won’t do it and by dislike cardio I mean the treadmill I love walking trials but that’s it but could someone possibly give me advice on how to push myself on a treadmill…
