Need tips for muscle growth
Hi! I’m trying to gain as much as possible but I am not getting the results I want. I work out 6 days a week. My routine consists of: chest/biceps day, leg day, triceps and shoulders day and back and calves day. I also run for 15minutes after the workouts and manage between 3-3.5km.
